Need childcare?
The
Barn Nursery offers a caring, safe and professional environment for
children aged 0.3 months-4 years. Starting nursery can be a big step
for both parent/s and children. Our aim is to make this a worry-free
experience for parent/s and an enjoyable and stimulating experience
for the children. We now have four rooms within the setting this
includes our new 2-3 years room. The Barn Nursery can also
accommodate children with additional needs. So why not book a show
round today with our manager Hayley Harding.

01.01.2010
Due to demand
for services tailored to the 2-3 year age group, the nursery has
now opened a new Daffodils room. This is already proving popular
with the children who are excited about moving up to "the big
room".

The Barn
launches The Barn Nursery Awards
scheme in order to give something back. This scheme makes cash
or voucher awards for referrals and can be used to help
playgroups, parents and employers.

The Barn had its
first inspection from the Chester Environmental Health Officer (EHO)
and the nursery passed with 5 stars. Well done to the team!

The Barn held
its Spring Open Day from 10am-12pm.

The Barn is now
able to offer FREE child-care places for
3 to 4 years olds. Please check for
eligibility.

The Barn has
their first OFSTED inspection and rates as "good" in every
category. This is defined as every "aspect of the provision is
strong". This can be read on the OFSTED
website.

The Barn is now

The Barn
announces that the Winter Open Day is to be held on Saturday
10th November between 10am and 12pm. Just drop in on the day
or book an appointment to meet Hayley and her team.

The Barn
welcomes Hayley as the new barn manager. The nursery is now
fully open.

The Barn
receives OFSTED registration for Full Day care. OFSTED

The Barn is
delighted to announce that it is ready to open its doors for full Nursery
and Pre-school child care with baby unit. Viewing and
settling-in session appointments being taken
now.

The Barn nursery
joins the National Day Nursery Association.

OFSTED registration for All day Crèche, Babysitting, After
School Care and Holiday Club

The Barn has
launched The Barn Nursery Awards in
order to give something back to the community.

The Barn also is
involved with Boogle's Barn active play campaign promoting healthy
eating and active play (Keep Active!). Boogle's Barn has
opened a Junior Gym and the nursery will have use of this as an
extra curriculum activity.
8 new lambs were
born this year and the nursery children have already had a
number of trips out the the stables and paddocks to see them.
